1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on eligible products unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

  • If shipping charges apply, they will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected PIN codes across India.

  • Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.

  • Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be cancelled and future COD orders may be restricted.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Novajots is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Novajots ships only within India.
